Low-power magnification of VMGH shows well-circumscribed, nodular proliferation of small to medium-sized glands. Adjacent prostatic utricle image is not involved.






H&E shows small glands lined by cuboidal cells containing amphophilic cytoplasm and regular nuclei lacking atypia. Note presence of intraluminal corpora amylacea, typical for VMGH.
