Angiomyofibroblastoma is characterized by numerous capillary-sized vessels image, alternating zones of cellularity, and more fibrous areas image, without necrosis.






The stromal cells tend to cluster around the prominent yet delicate vascular component. The intervening tissue is sparsely cellular and contains slender collagen fibrils. The cells lack nuclear atypia.
