Uninvolved Grenz zone between lesion and overlying mucosa or skin
Moderately cellular
Bland ovoid to spindle or stellate cells
Some cells with wavy appearance
Multiple patterns possible
Lace-like, sieve-like, fascicular
Several patterns can be seen in same lesion
Finely collagenous stroma
Occasional mitotic figures
Desmin(+), ER(+), PR(+), CD34(+)
