Cytologic features range from small, bland nuclei with dispersed chromatin to enlarged and hyperchromatic with irregular contours (pseudosarcomatous)
Fibroepithelial stromal polyps are typically polypoid lesions with a variably cellular stroma, central fibrovascular core, and overlying squamous epithelium. |
