This clinical image demonstrates numerous grouped angiokeratomas in a patient with Anderson-Fabry disease.






Angiokeratomas are characterized by ectatic vessels image in the superficial dermis that herniate into the epidermis image in association with epidermal acanthosis and frequently compact hyperkeratosis.
