Dilated vessels often with focal thrombi
Solid spindled cell areas
Vacuolated endothelial cells, so-called “blister cells”
Negative for HHV8 nuclear antigen

Kaposi sarcoma
Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
