There are multiple endothelial-lined channels in this lymphangioma. There are small collections of lymphocytes image within the lumen along with lymph. Erythrocytes are also focally present.






The lumen is lined by flattened endothelium and contains proteinaceous fluid image. Note the lymphocytic aggregate with a germinal center image in the connective tissue. Smooth muscle may sometimes be seen.
