 There are multiple endothelial-lined channels in this lymphangioma. There are small collections of lymphocytes  within the lumen along with lymph. Erythrocytes are also focally present. |
 The lumen is lined by flattened endothelium and contains proteinaceous fluid  . Note the lymphocytic aggregate with a germinal center  in the connective tissue. Smooth muscle may sometimes be seen. |
