Giant cell angiofibromas are well-circumscribed tumors. The lesion shown here is sharply demarcated from skeletal muscle image. Scattered larger nuclei are discernible at low-power examination image.






Hypocellular image and hypercellular image areas with ectatic pseudovascular spaces image are present in giant cell angiofibroma.
