DP and oblique x-rays of a normal foot, with normal alignment lines and review areas. Line A shows the medial margin of the second MT lining up with the medial margin of intermediate cuneiform bone. Line B shows the medial margin of the third MT lining up with the medial margin of the lateral cuneiform. Disruption of these alignments suggests Lisfranc fracture dislocation. Line C highlights the normal mid-foot arc. Line D highlights typical site of 5th MT avulsion and Jones fractures.
