Antidiabetics, digoxin, diuretics, sevoflurane, stimulant laxatives, warfarin


Black cohosh


Menopausal symptoms (eg, hot flashes).


Labor induction, osteoporosis.


Atorvastatin, cisplatin, drugs metabolized by the liver (CYP450 2D6 substrates), hepatotoxic drugs

Capsicum (red/chili pepper)


Topical: Pain, fibromyalgia, prurigo nodularis. Intranasal: Cluster headache, perennial rhinitis (nonallergic, noninfectious).


Oral: Allergic rhinitis, dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcers, swallowing dysfunction. Intranasal: Migraine headaches, sinonasal polyposis.


Cocaine, ACE inhibitors, anticoagulants, antiplatelets, theophylline, coca


Chamomile

Anticoagulants, benzodiazepines, CNS depressants, contraceptives, drugs metabolized by the liver (CYP1A2, CYP3A4 substrates), estrogens, tamoxifen

Urinary tract infections.

Drugs metabolized by the liver (CYP2C9), warfarin


Echinacea
