This eosinophilic, somewhat fibrillar, amorphous material is cementum, a diagnostic (though sometimes hard to find) feature of simple/unicameral bone cyst.






Features of simple/unicameral bone cyst include benign bone image with a fibrous or spindle cell lining image. Secondary changes of hemorrhage and giant cells image are common.
