The characteristic features of INH include lobular giant cell transformation and extramedullary hematopoiesis. Ductular reaction is absent, and hepatocyte necrosis may not be apparent.






INH is primarily a lobular process with hepatocytes showing giant cell change and necrosis image along with cholestasis image.
