Skin is usually involved secondarily following primary infection of lung
Microscopic Pathology
Usually caseating or noncaseating granulomatous dermal infiltrate
Intracellular 2-4 µm yeasts surrounded by clear space (pseudocapsule) within macrophages can be highlighted with GMS or PAS stains
