Erythema induratum shows an indurated image lower leg with an early vasculitic-appearing lesion image. The patient had a positive PPD and appeared to respond to anti-TB antibiotics.






Erythema induratum is a predominantly lobular panniculitis. Here, there is prominent fat necrosis image with a mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate image.
