Hematoxylin & eosin show a well-marginated lung nodule detected in a woman with a remote history of a uterine leiomyoma. A vascular wall image can be seen.






Hematoxylin & eosin shows the margin between this bland smooth muscle lesion and the surrounding lung. A compressed vessel wall surrounds the lesion image.
